It can be said that MRAM has already moved from the realm of next-generation memory to the realm of the latest non-volatile memory, with the world’s top semiconductor companies already supplying products equipped with it to the market. In terms of power-saving performance, we are already beginning to see results such as the battery life of smartwatches equipped with MRAM lasting up to two weeks.
Applications have also begun for power-saving logic in microcontrollers and AI processors, such as replacing the cache memory in CPUs with SRAM and embedded flash memory. In the future, it is expected to be deployed in the memory field such as main memory and storage memory.
