Prototype service business

We provide LSI trial production and evaluation analysis services for LSIs embedded with Spintronics devices (STT-MRAM). The trial production line uses Center for Innovation Integrated Electronics Systems (CIES) of Tohoku University and Foundry 300 mm process lines. In addition, evaluation and analysis service uses equipment installed in CIES and Tohoku University.
